Christmas time each year is great. I get to make some yummy desserts and I get to share them with others...This year, I made a Gingersnap Pear Cheesecake, Irish Creme Cheesecake, and buttermilk pie. The buttermilk pie stayed with the family, but I took some of the remnants home with me. This was my first time to make the Irish Creme cheesecake, and from the remarks I have received from those who ate some, they loved it!
Cheesecakes are quickly becoming my specialty, and I just love to make them. The Gingersnap Pear Cheesecake is quite popular. I've made it on several occasions and met with much success.
