Tomorrow is the first day of fall term. It seems strange that I have been in school again for a year. Being this far along in the work to achieve an A.A. degree makes me wish that I hadn't been so short sighted a few years ago. I might have already achieved my goal...a Masters in Library Science...But, we can't waste time looking backwards. We have to look forward, to each new day rising..."perfect, without any mistakes - yet"...As Miss Stacy from Anne of Avonlea would say...
I'm excited to start this term. I know I have a lot left to learn, and I am anxious to be under way. The raw anticipation at times grows to almost be dread at the same time. I can't wait, but at the same time, I hate the thought of walking into a new classroom with a new teacher and wondering if I will be able to meet their expectations and exceed my own.
So what, you might ask, will I be learning these next few months...well, the classes I am taking are Business Communications, Business Law, Basic Anatomy & Physiology and last, but I am sure, not least, Living In The Environment. While I have nothing scintillating to say about the classes yet, I'm sure that it won't be long before I have loads of interesting things to post about them.
Isaiah took living in the environment and said it was super. He is also taking business law this semester. Enjoy! I look forward to hearing more about your classes
